Paleo Diet Recipes for Weight Loss and Maintenance

Obesity is an epidemic in the United States. Every wonder why? The wrong diet and exercise. I am not a doctor but believe heredity has something to do with weight. If not heredity adopted habits and behaviors. Example, one family accustom to high fat, starch, sugar and processed food diet. 
Conversely, another family accustom to low fat, low starch, no processed sugar and no processed food diet. Those cooking and eating habit may go from generation to generation. Things are changing. Consumer realizes excessive weights negative health effect. Additionally, concerns about pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics and additives in meats, poultry, fish and produce.
The Paleo Diet includes natural food fat burners. No need to take toxic pills, result to surgery or starve. These fat burning foods are a part of Back to Mother Nature Diet. Let natural foods be you fat burner and weight loss method. 
Foods like: vegetables, fruits, vegan milk, green tea, lean red meat, chicken, turkey and salmon. Season some foods with fresh peppers. Natural enzymes in raw vegetables and fruits. Have to drink a lot of water not diet soda. Process and food additives not encouraged in Paleo Diet.

Chicken contains protein, vitamins and minerals. The protein in chicken is a metabolism-burning protein. Prepare skinless chicken preferably white meat (breast).
Green Tea has chemical EGCG. EGCG causes the metabolism rates to increase. EGCG while body is resting. Combine green tea with a healthy fruit, vegetable, lean meat, and poultry and fish diet. Not suggested as only way to loss weight Paleo Style.
Hot Chili Peppers, Jalapenos Peppers and Red Cayenne Peppers contain capsaicin. Chili peppers are popular in Mexican cuisines. Capsaicin has a thermal effect fat burning. Capsaicin not only spices up meals but increase metabolism.

Lean Red Meats: Are rich in proteins. Protein rich food requires more calories burned for body digestion. The key is lean. Remove excess fats while preparing red meat. Meat contains saturated fats. Saturated fats are solid at room temperature.
Turkey: Most meats, poultry and fish have protein. Turkey is a lean protein. Proteins boost body metabolism. For added reduction in calories remove poultry skin. Many turkey and chicken recipes are interchangeable.
Salmon contains Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 can alter the levels on hormonal leptin in the body. Lower levels of leptin aid in calorie burn.
Vegetables: Fights free radicals water, fiber, minerals and vitamins. Vegetables are low in sodium and calories. Raw vegetables contain natural fat burning enzymes.
Water: Calorie free and is not considered a food. Water helps body metabolism resulting in aiding burning body fat. Water aids in flushing out toxins and encourages body health. Certain foods naturally with high water contents also contain minerals (electrolytes). 
Adding benefit of eating plants with high water content is minerals nutrition. Water aid in metabolism and flushes out toxins.
