Chicken Alfredo Pizza is also a good snack and is available in many mouthwatering flavors. It can be made with the combination of either green veggies, mushrooms, chicken, meat, cheese and much more. Apart from children, adults also like to sink their teeth in a cheese burst pizzas. Here chicken Alfredo sauce is used which is made from milk, black pepper, butter, flour, cheese and salt.
However, the Alfredo sauce can also be made with fat-free milk. You can try just one or two tablespoons of low fat cream cheese to give a good flavor to it, and then use shredded Parmesan cheese.
Here we will be discussing the Chicken Alfredo Primavera Recipe.
1. Take a 12-inch nonstick skillet then melt 2 Tablespoon of Country Crock Spread into it.
2. Fry 1 lb. of small cubes of boneless, skinless chicken breasts over medium heat for 5 minutes till they turn brown
3. Remove chicken from the skillet and keep it aside.
4. Now in the skillet, stir 4 cups of thinly sliced vegetables such as zucchini, carrots, bell peppers or mushrooms and cook them with frequent stirring for about 2 minutes.
5. Add water and milk and bring it to boil over high heat.
6. Now add Knorr Italian Sides - Alfredo.
7. Reduce the heat to low flame and start stirring occasionally for 8 minutes.
8. Stir in the chicken which was already set aside and simmer it while also stirring occasionally.
9. Continue cooking till the time pasta turns tender and also cook chicken thoroughly for about 2 minutes.
10. This dish can be grated with Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper and is ready to be served.
